YOH Fest Success for Amy-Lynn

On Friday October 27, Amy competed against 5 other participants in the Drama Solo/Duo Category of the 2017 YOH Fest Grand Final. Despite a few technical glitches on the night, Amy took them in her stride and produced a stellar performance. For the first time in YOH Fest History, the judges awarded joint winners for this category and Amy-Lynn's performance of ' With Tea' was awarded equal first place.

YOH Fest was established in Mandurah, WA in 1988 to equip local young people in making positive lifestyle choices, and build self confidence and leadership skills. Twenty years later, Act-Belong-Commit YOH Fest has grown into one of Australia's largest celebrations of youth creativity and is a leading forum for health promotion. YOH Fest has empowered thousands of young people across Western Australia and the Northern Territory to share their stories on the issues most relevant to them through drama, dance or visual art.

YOH Fest is run by young people, for young people.

This ensures that YOH Fest focuses on what matters to young people in the festival and their community.
